MY WHY

Every photographer has a certain reason why they do what they do. Whether it be a love of creating, the technical side, meeting new people or many other reasons. In my eyes I am so incredibly lucky I get to call this my full time job as it has become such a strong passion of mine. I am very close to my family and this has been a big part of my journey to becoming a family photographer. I was lucky that my dad was a keen hobby photographer and was always snapping bits and pieces of our childhood life on our farm and holidays we had together.

As I've gotten older my appreciation for these photographs has grown immensely and I'm forever grateful that dad spent the time taking them. They aren't just fading memories but something I look back on regularly. This has fuelled my passion to encourage others to get their own important photographs taken.

Now that technology is as good as it is, keeping your family history alive in photographs is easier than ever and I urge you to make the investment now that will last for life times to come!

Alittle more about me

Before becoming a full time photographer I spent 3 years as a seasonal bush firefighter in some of the hardest years Victoria has seen. Then more recently, I worked as a boiler cleaner for two years at Loy Yang power station all the while getting this incredible business off the ground and building it to be what it is today. I'm half Irish, love a good laugh and a chat and you'll always find me stopped on the side of the road taking photos of sunsets! I Luckily got to marry my high school sweet heart and we live happily in Sale with our two pups (which you will see a lot of on my social media pages)

Here are a few people, places and pups that are important to me
